Product Description

The Bigtrak ROV undercarriage is our largest subsea track system, rated up to 18,000 kg in air. It can be supplied as discrete track modules with bespoke mounting flanges, or as an integrated chassis designed around your machine.

The heavy-duty track rollers and idlers use phosphor bronze bearings with chrome-plated stainless steel shafts, sealed with high-pressure lip seals protected by stainless steel labyrinth seals. Grease lubrication allows any contamination to be flushed out during routine servicing.

Track tension is set by grease-filled rams, adjusted with a standard grease gun. Nitrogen-filled accumulators on the tension rams let the track recoil if a foreign object becomes trapped. With all-steel rollers, idlers and sprockets, de-tracking is virtually eliminated.
