Wide Bandsaw technology with 101 mm (4") wide blades with optional stellite tips (remains sharper in abrasive timbers) to allow all timbers (including Greenheart) to be cut accurately and efficiently up to 1000 mm wide. Narrow blades are less suitable for sawing large diameter hardwoods and cannot be stellite tipped.

Loglogic/Autotrek - features innovative rotary stainless steel pressure guides to deflect the blade downwards. This provides a true path for the blade between the guides and allows the sawmill to have smaller smaller pulley's. The 16 mm deflection stiffens the tooth edge so retaining the blade tension for considerably longer. This translates to higher quantity of sawn timber combined with constant cutting accuracy with each blade.Loglogic/Autotrek- Pressure guide system provides a noticeable performance gain over other mobile sawmills and is largely maintenance free.
Superior lubrication resulting in reduced friction, blade tention is retained far longer. Has positive polarity providing an even film on the blade, dose not oxidise the blade preventing stain deposits on timber.Dose not rust pulleys or wash out bearings, no expansion of sawdust.
